Take-Down/detangling
Service Description
Removal of commercial hair and/or detangling and combing through hair that is matted 🛑 DO NOT book this service if: 1) I did NOT install the commercial hair as I do not perform services on someone else’s work in any way or; 2) all you want/need is your hair loosened/taken down/detangled and it will not be part of a main service as this is an add-on.
Cancellation Policy
• A consultation is required prior to your service if you are new to Studio One Six. • If you were a previous client of Studio One Six but have not been provided a service here in 6 months or more, you begin again as a new client and a consultation will be required before your service. •Late arrivals: You have up to 15 minutes after your appointment time before it is cancelled. You will be rescheduled for a new day and time. •No-shows will be blocked from future bookings. •Cancellations made for any reason in less than 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of your total service price. Nonpayment will result in being blocked from any future bookings until payment is received. *If your appointment was booked online and a deposit was taken, no additional charges will be made.
