  • Does Studio1Six require a deposit?
    Deposits are required in order to secure your appointment with Studio 1 Six.
  • When will my order ship?
    All orders have a processing time of 1-3 business days plus 1-3 days for shipping. Shipping times may vary due to order quantity. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.
  • Where is my order confirmation?
    As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order, please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to be updated. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder frequently.
  • What is Studio 1Six Cancellation Policy?
    Deposits are required and are transferable but non-refundable. Appointments may be cancelled up to 24 hours of your appointment time without a fee. Your appointment will be cancelled if you are 15 minutes late and you will be rescheduled.
  • Can I cancel or change my order once it has been placed?
    Once an order is placed it immediately begins processing and can NOT be changed or cancelled.
  • Why was my order cancelled?
    Rarely, due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. If an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order and the charge for the unavailable item will be adjusted . If your order required extra verification of your billing and payment information and we did not receive a response, the order was then canceled as we are unable to hold orders for longer than 3 business days.
